This is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the heart of an urban neighborhood near the center of Fort Lauderdale and its downtown district. I have hosted this community and property for 5 years. We host over 2,000 guests every year with this property. It has 4 beds, a full kitchen, free parking, and high-speed business internet. There is a TV in every bedroom and is inside a gated community. We have professional cleaning staff on-site every day. The property is 6 miles (12 minutes) from FLL Airport and Port Everglades Cruise Port. Also 15 minutes from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and 25 minutes from The Miami Dolphins Stadium. It is also 2 miles (10 minutes) from Downtown Night Life and Shopping. It is also 15 minutes (7 miles) from Fort Lauderdale Beach. It is conveniently located right off I-95 exit 26, which makes traveling around South Florida super convenient. You can get almost anywhere in 30 minutes or less. Miami Cruise Port is a 25-30 minute drive including Miami Airport. The property is very quiet because it is also located on a dead-end street next to a high school. So there is no drive-through traffic. The property is also a 12-minute walk from a very nice family park for kids and adults with a great local market and pizza shop across the street and beautiful views and homes. This apartment is 1 apartment in a community of 12 apartments. Each unit is a vacation rental year-round, so we host over 25,000 guests in an entire year. We've been around in the industry for over half a decade, so we are reliable and we know how to take care of our guests. Thank you.

Family vacation

The entire process of the VRBO was the easiest part of the whole trip. I would stay here again. A nice quiet area.

Very nice, clean

My only complaint is that there were two bathrooms and each had about one half roll of toilet paper, had to go to the store to buy more as we were there two days with six people and did not see anyone to ask for more.

Nice house

Nice house for our family of 5 persons, with three big bedrooms and two good bathrooms. One disadvantage: the airconditioner makes quite some noise, but fortunately it does not have to operate much of the time.

Extra vehicle parking was not the best or area. No pizza across the street. Directions were not great. Cost was more than it should have been.

Overnight for cruise

Had Patrick not cancelled my reservation 6 hours prior to check in i could give a review. Unfortunately he never contacted with check in codes.when i asked for them prior to boardinf my plane, he said there was no reservation. I screent shot the paid reservstion made in January and less than 5 minutes later he cancelled the reservation. Would not answer the pnone, email, or return a text. I was stranded with 2 cancer survivors and 1 other 70+ year old senior. VRBO, Patrick represents you. I would strongly suggest you look into his actions. Feel free to email or call me.
