"We stay in Louisville, Kentucky twice a month starting in September until December and this home is a little outside of Louisville but still was the best home we have stayed in within the last two baseball fall seasons. It was worth the little extra drive from the baseball fields to have a comfortable home to stay in. "

"We were passing through Louisville on a road trip. The property was nicer and more quiet than expected. This was a refreshing stop that made continuing the trip significantly easier."

"Thus property was in a great location and neighborhood. Only downside was the trash can outside was overflowing and no room for our trash. I did tell the property manager but nothing was done about it. There was a big storm which blew the overflow trash allOver and we have to pick it up a couple of times. Other than that it was great! "We were happy to have such a large house with four private bedrooms and queen/king sized beds in each of them! They have a nice big tv and a lot of seating, which was fun for our little get-together with friends to play games and watch sports.A minor complaint we had was the cleanliness. The dishwasher hadn't been run and the trash can was overflowing from the previous guests. But for the most part, the rest of the house seemed clean."

I asked for late checkout she agreed to 12:30, then called me at 11:10 saying I should have been out an hour before which would have been 10:10, but published checkout was 10:30. Additionally the property was going through renovations and by the owners own admission they were not finished and she didn’t notify us until the day before travel that bathroom grout in the shower was incomplete, the floor to the cottage was unfinished, several mirrors and...

"Groovy curtains and decor. Great amenities. Nice to have several tvs and 3 separate bedrooms with laundry. 1 Bed was almost broken when arrived. Carpet was dirty and closets smelled like animals but ok if kept them shut."

"We were impressed from the moment we walked in the door. You could see that it was so clean and it smelled so good in there! The listing was just as decribed and shown in the photos. We had everything we needed and more during our visit! Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and the washer and dryer made packing easier.
