"The home was very nicely furnished, with a large kitchen and plenty of places to hang out. Everything was clean, tidy and inviting. Breakfast foods were provided which was a pleasant surprise. "We have traveled to SE Arizona four times going to bird hot spots in Patagonia, Sierra Vista and Madeira Canyon. This time we chose Sonoita as our base camp because it is an easy commute to all of these hot spots. This rental was exceptional! "Very nice secure home in a great neighborhood. Only disappointment with stay was lack of washing machine. Owner informed me a day or so before arrival that machine was broken. We ended up having to use a local laundromat. We were given a partial refund but this was a significant inconvenience that was not expected. "
