"I’ve been staying here for about 3-4 years and it has improved with the renovation! I like the location convenience. I had to call front desk around 11:30pm to ask front desk to tell neighbors across hall from me about the screaming kids. Not sure why I was asked why I waited so long to call. That was irrelevant, but why were these people in the pet side of hotel. Maybe they had a pet, but none were heard…."
