"I had a unique and memorable stay at River Bend. While the property itself is a bit run-down and has the feel of a bargain-basement summer camp, it was surprisingly clean and comfortable inside. "The apartment was clean and quiet. There was some construction going on at the time (upgrades to other units?), so the patio area was a bit cluttered but accessible. It will be really nice when the pool is installed!! For a week long stay, it would have been nice to have a sofa/loveseat to sit on in the apartment and perhaps a small chest of drawers, instead of having to sit on the bed to watch TV and leave clothes in the suitcase. Appreciated all the info provided and access to the bikes....
