"Just my mom and I used this home at the beginning of August. We both love this home. It’s perfect for two people. Or if you’re a couple with a child, this works out really well. Bring a fan because the house doesn’t have a fan if you need some air circulation, otherwise we’ll be back here again next August. Great location. Close to restaurants and the private festival. Quiet here. Great view of the river and ocean. Just love this place. "

"This little cabin was everything we hoped for on our vacation from home in the Eastern Sierras to the Northern Coast! The home is exactly as pictured, even more updated perhaps. "Views are amazing, deck is nice but has deferred maintenance. The cabin itself is very small but cute. Main floor bed is unbelievably noisy, uncomfortable creaking loudly with any movement. Very little sleep for 2 nights. It needs to be replaced before renting again. Before booking and after reading 5 reviews regarding the horrible mattress, I contacted the (host) and heard back that it had been replaced. We arrived... It had not. "What a wonderful place to stay! The grounds were clean, beach access was awesome. You were able to hear the waves crashing from our living room. Home was well supplied. Might suggest an air fryer. Coffee pot was a true treat. Spectrum cable not accessible, so that was a little frustrating. Overall our stay was absolutely wonderful. "

"I have stayed at many bnbs and this one by far exceeded my expectations. Its very clean, well stocked, comfortable, and the view is incredible! The communication with the host was outstanding. We had no problem getting in and he even left us a treat. I will definitely stay here every time Im visiting the coast. I highly recommend Cabin 10!!"

"Comfortable space for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped for plates and glasses. We did not really cook so cannot comment on cooking implements. Great large deck with private hot tub made for good relaxation space with a small view of ocean. Although not directly on the beach it was a nice private location. Great location of resort for exploring regional beaches, state parks and coastal viewpoints. "

"The cabin is amazing, the only thing better is the view. Through the back windows you can barely tell you are not out "in" the ocean it's that close to the water line. The private jacuzzi on the back deck only adds to the experience and at night on clear days its dark enough out to see all the stars. The price is a little steep but for what you get its well worth it to spoil yourself every once in a while. "Location and beach access are excellent. Smaller than expected with low ceilings. Loft upstairs is not a loft but more of a crawl space. Needs interior paint. Hot tub is private and clean. Sound of the waves was priceless. Pet friendly. I would stay again for sure but may choose a larger unit. Owner was very responsive. "
