"Everything was perfect. I couldn’t get over the shower head, perfect pressure and perfect shower stream. My only feedback is a curtain for bathroom window. It’s exposed to the back where the fire pit is. "

"We loved the property. Outside was beautiful and my children enjoyed it. There was someone for my 8 and 10 year old to play and my 15 year old to enjoy being outside and reading. Inside was nice. I liked that both of the lots were connecting but still gave us our own space. The kids liked being able to have their own side. We also like the idea of the guest book and seeing how long it has been going. Wish we could hsbe stayed more than one night. We definitely would like to come back."

"We visit Marfa regularly and always stay at EP. We decided to try something different this time and so glad we did! You couldn’t be more centrally located. Walking distance to our favorite places. The renovated historical building is beautiful with tasteful finishes and nice accommodations. Very nice and spacious bathroom (unlike the EP) and host very attentive. Will make this our new place to stay in Marfa."

"It was a last minute trip to see our college son and this was the perfect spot for my husband and me. It’s right down the street from the university, baseball field and across the street from the golf course. These were all three places we needed to be. It’s a quiet area and we hope to stay again soon. "

"We were there for a wedding & this location was walking distance to every activity (2 parties, 2 hotels), as well as shops, galleries & restaurants. The apartment was roomy & comfortable. We love having a kitchen for small bites, breakfast and morning coffee & the kitchen in Pinto Canyon had all we needed plus a nice kitchen table. Coffee and breakfast on the porch was lovely. Although we didn’t have any leisure time for the common room, it was light and welcoming. Management was very responsive...
