Perfect Location for a large group company offsite
The location is perfect for walking and exploring the local area. Cleanliness was top notch and plenty of space for our large work group to do meetings and dinner functions. We would surely stay here again!

Great Small Group Meeting Location
The property was great along with the location. We had a team of 5 regional managers and used the house for our stay and meeting location. The two kitchens worked out well. It was very clean and as advertised.

Wonderful stay!
My friends and I really enjoyed this VRBO! It was clean, had plenty of room for our large group of 10, and was a short walk to downtown. When we checked-in, the front door code wasn’t working, but Harriet was quick to resolve the issue so we could get inside. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this VRBO to others!

A weekend that we will never forget!!
This place was amazing and fit our small family wedding party just perfect. We were in walking distance to pretty much everything you need. The porches are a nice place to enjoy the beautiful trees and watch the people stroll down the block. We'll definitely make a point to return again. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful Stay!
Wonderful stay at this property! The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house is beautiful and perfect for our family reunion. It had plenty of room and wonderful touches like soaps and paper products. We grilled out back and enjoyed evenings on the patio. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay near all the shops and restaurants. And don’t miss the cookie shop right around the corner!

Very nicely redone, ample parking, great kitchens! One thought for others in planning visit is that rooms are variable sizes - some smaller with less place for luggage, so plan accordingly. But overall space is great, and easy to interact, reserve and enter.

The house was perfect for our family wedding get together. Plenty of space for everyone to relax inside and out. Loved the front and back porch for relaxing. Plenty of space in the back yard for the kids to run around. All in all a great spot and perfect location walkable to all downtown and old town locations.

Great place for a group hub
We had a wonderful time during our stay! We stayed at the home with a group for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect location for all we had planned. Was within walking distance to downtown for our Friday evening outing and also great location to be able to get an Uber to bring us to Horsetooth the following day! The home was completely stocked with everything we needed in BOTH kitchens and more than enough towels and blankets! Thank you Harriet for a wonderful stay!

Perfect spot for our remote work team to meet in person. Effortless check-in and out. Great communication. Quick walk to many restaurant options and Target for last-minute supplies and dinner/drinks. The house has plenty of room to spread out to allow privacy for each person and a great living room, and kitchen space. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay during our daughter’s graduation from CSU!
The house was perfect! Great location! We were able to walk both to CSU and old town. The house was well appointed and we hosted a large family weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. Spacious Beautiful Home
The owner is very nice and very easy to communicate with. The house is so nice and open and I really loved the two living rooms. Gave it more space for everyone to spread out and not be on top of one another. We had a group of 5 couples for my wedding and it was a perfect fit for everyone and also super close to everything in town!

Awesome huge updated historic house
This house was all we expected and more while in town for my Son’s wedding. A and B units both with full kitchens. Super clean, well stocked, lot’s of space for us of all to gather. Restaurants were literally less than a block away and Historic Old Town, Grocery Store and Targets short walk away. Harriett was super responsive to every email I sent. Highly recommend this place.

Wedding Stay
A great house in great location. We were in for a family wedding. We used downstairs as a full suite for the grandparents and top two floors for parents and siblings of the bride. Used the two back porches and the front porch a lot for relaxation between events. Great access to north end of Fort Collins while being quiet to traffic (except for nearby trains occasionally rolling through CSU). Easy walk to Old Town and CSU. Great parking for this property. Both kitchens fully functioning and of good size. Host was very responsive to a door issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Weekend
We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday here and it was a perfect choice. The two kitchens, front and back patio, and the location close to downtown and the campus made it a good fit. On the weekend the street is a little lively at night, but nothing to deter us from staying here again. Neighbors were very friendly and check in and check out was easy. One thing to note...don't bother to try and check in before 3:00. The key pad will not let you in the house until check in time and will promptly lock you out. :) We recommended this location to our friends who have a son graduating this year from CSU.

Elopement in Estes!
When two wedding dates are canceled due to Covid, it's a perfect opportunity to stay in Fort Collins and experience our kids getting hitched ... and this was the perfect spot to stay! Located in Old Town, it's walking distance to campus, restaurants, shops ... etc. The house has been completely refurbished top to bottom - the pictures are lovely, but don't do justice to the quality of the work. Kitchens are well stocked, rooms are nicely decorated, beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are topnotch. Harriet was extrememly responsive and a delight to work through. Inspite of ash from nearby forest fires, a 100 degree day turning into a snow storm the following day and Estes limited to 10 on account of Covid, the stay was fabulous!!! Can't wait to return, Mark U.

Fort Collins for family wedding
My family of 9 including grandparents and grandchildren stayed at this wonderful home while we were in Colorado to celebrate a family wedding. We rented the full house which included three floors. The home is beautiful - hardwood floors, large windows, tall ceilings and great furniture. We cooked in many times and the home had all of the tools we needed to prepare and serve a great meal. We enjoyed eating on the back yard porch and also enjoyed the second floor deck as well. Now to location- outstanding! We walked everywhere including to downtown Fort Collins which includes great restaurants and shops and CSU which has tons of green space for our walks. Communication with owner- also outstanding! Responsive, clear and helpful. All told, we would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home in an amazing location! Walk to everything!
The house exceeded our expectations! Absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We rented the entire home out and actually loved the 2 kitchens and 2 family rooms to relax in. Cleanliness is so important and this house was perfect! No need to bring shampoos, lotion, hair dryers etc...because everything is there. Lots of comfortable outside spaces to relax as well. You cannot beat the location for walking into Old Town shops and restaurants. 5-15 minutes. The Oval of CSU is 5 min.the Football Stadium is 20. We were up for CSU’s Homecoming so that was great! Lastly, tons of parking for multiple vehicles between the front drive and additional spaces out back. We will 100% rent again in the future! Thanks Harriet for sharing this beautiful historic home!
