Quiet and secluded, this apartment offers peace by the water and great opportunities for bird-watching, while still being near the city. Downtown Fort Collins is just a short drive from home, along with convenient gas and grocery options located in nearby Wellington.

When you're not out enjoying all of Colorado's year-round recreation and activities, you can challenge friends and family to a few rounds of Ping-Pong or maintain your fitness regimen on the exercise bike or row machine.

The apartment boasts a suite of updated appliances for complete modern convenience. The stainless steel full kitchen is equipped for easy home cooking. Free WiFi, a smart TV, and dedicated desk space are included for web browsing, streaming, or remote working.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Property

Wonderful stay!!
We had such a great weekend stay here for our trip to Fort Collins! We were in town for a wedding, and this place was perfect for us to stay in- quiet and out of the hustle and bustle but not too far from where we needed to go. Also had great communication with the host, who was super friendly. The property was beautiful and the house was great as well! We loved the Nintendo 64 and the ping pong table. Would recommend and stay here again!
