10/10 Basil is an awesome host and thought of everything we could possibly have needed. The accommodations are extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with a great park at the end of the road. Parking available in a private driveway. Can’t wait to go back and stay here again!!!

Recently built, perfectly maintained property
This rental is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host is friendly and helpful--if you have time, be sure to visit with him. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Fort Collins!

What a cozy and quiet place to visit my CSU freshman. Great location and the neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Basal is the sweetest host. Kudos to him!

Great place to stay. Great host. This is technically my 3rd stay….. although on my second stay, I didn’t quite make it but my adult son did. Love the host. Love the location. It’s quiet and safe, and close in proximity to the reason I am visiting Fort Collins.. It has most anything you would need.

Weekend Get Away
Can’t say enough good things! The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Very clean and nicely decorated with a rustic Moose theme. Basil was such a wonderful host! He’s very accommodating, kind and knowledgeable of the area and all things Colorado. We would highly recommend and will stay again next time we visit the area.

Basil and Debbie made me feel right at home during my 4-week stay in their fantastic loft. They were swift to respond to all correspondence as well as any needs I had. The loft was super cozy and was stocked with dishware, fluffy towels, and all the amenities. I highly recommend staying with Basil and Debbie when in Fort Collins!

Memorial Day sight-seeing
Had a short but nice stay at the Moose Lodge. I got to have some conversation with the owner, which usually hasn't happened with my other bnb experiences. I'm a very out and about person so it would nice to cross paths with Basil. His rental pretty much had everything I needed for a place to sleep in between adventures in the local area. I recommend their place!

Lovely garage apartment with just the right amount of everything! The rain shower was a nice way to end the day. I sat on the patio and enjoyed the weather, lush trees and beautiful surroundings each morning. Bed slept comfortable. Only wish we had time to walk in the parks near by.

Basil is very much on top of being a host. My daughter had no issues with either her stay or noise. She very much enjoyed the location, all that was available & the cleanliness. Basil was kind enough to let my daughters friend borrow a bike for the Tour de Fat-that was so kind! We really appreciate you!!

Awesome Carriage Apartment
The Moose Lodge was an excellent place to stay. It was about the same price as nearby hotels and we had the opportunity to stay in a lovely quiet neighborhood with full kitchen, bathroom and multiple available streaming tv options. The place is perfect for 1-4 people. Very comfortable and clean. Lush plants in the backyard make for a relaxing atmosphere. Our host was great with communication by text and in person. Within walking distance of retail places like supermarket, pub and coffee shop. Highly recommend. Will be back next time in Ft Collins.

Cozy home away from home. Reminded me of our log cabin we used to live in. Bed was very comfortable, we slept really well. Great water pressure with amazing shower/hot, hot water. The property is located in a terrific neighborhood. I loved the back yard area with all the plants and flowers. When you come outside each morning that’s the first thing you notice/smell. We highly recommend this property and the hosts. We were mostly out and about and just there to sleep but whenever we did see the owner they always asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Also good communication leading up to our stay, providing directions and keypad lock instructions. If we’re ever back in Fort Collins we know where we’ll be staying.

Cozy Loft and Wonderful Host
This loft is charming, comfortable, well-stocked and was just right for my wife and me for our 5-night stay. Basil is a very warm, caring and thoughtful host, along with his spouse, Debbie. We were arriving late evening and the access to the loft is via a back alley that is wide but rather dark, but Basil had literally lit the way for us with lights on in his own yard and up the stairs to our loft. (Note: You have your own parking space right at the foot of the stairs up to the loft.) Basil warmly greeted and welcomed us, helped carry our bags, and showed us everything we needed for our stay. Each day thereafter, he gently greeted us and asked us if there was anything else we needed and offered us anything at all from his own kitchen. Basil makes THE BEST hummus and one day in a spontaneous casual visit even made us shish kebab sandwiches with his delicious hummus. We were treated not as strangers, but as new friends with genuine warmth and thoughtfulness. I most highly recommend this VRBO for one or two adults, or two adults with a child.

CSU Visit
We had a great stay visiting our daughter who if a freshman at CSU. She really wanted a home cooked meal and this was perfect for that! Very quiet and safe neighborhood. And our host was very kind and accommodating

This lovely studio apartment was beautiful, comfortable and immaculate. Basil is a very welcoming host and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Fabulous place to stay in a lovely neighborhood while visiting Fort Collins.100% will return.
