The house was taken down to the studs and completed with a touch of modern with stylish and sophisticated finishes. It is located in the heart of Fort Collins, 1.5 miles from CSU, Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena. Go Rams! Only 2 miles to Old Town which is home to many brewpubs and local restaurants as well as lots of local shopping, history and art museums. City Park 9 hole golf course is across the street which is great for evening walks and golf or cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. City Park also hosts a summer outdoor water park, a huge playground and tennis courts. Bike lanes are easily accessible outside the front door and the Poudre River Bike Path is less than 2 miles away. Fort Collins offers electric scooter and bike rentals around town too. The City of Fort Collins has a very helpful website with all of the updated area information.
Beautiful Horsetooth Reservoir is 6.5 miles away and offers hiking, biking, paddle boards and pontoon boats for rent, boating and water activities. Fort Collins is home to many natural areas full of wildlife and wonderful maintained trails, as well as beautiful parks close by.
The comfortable, clean home has everything you need for relaxing as well as plenty of room for get-togethers. In the beautiful kitchen, you will find a Kuerig coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot, pots and pans, as well as spices, condiments, teas and coffee. All of the stainless steel appliances are in great working condition. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3 and extends the seating in the open dining room/kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and plenty of comfy seating. There are three welcoming bedrooms (king, queen, queen) outfitted with quality linens for a comfortable night sleep. Two bathrooms are complete with shower/bath combos. Hair dryers, shampoo, soap and conditioner is provided. Full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also available for your use in the home. There is laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience too.
The front deck is perfect to sit and enjoy the sunny days and beautiful evenings. There is a grill provided as well as an outdoor patio table and chairs. High speed internet is provided as well as central heat and air conditioning.
There is off street parking in the circular driveway. The VRBO unit is the main level of the house. The basement is occupied by a long term quiet professional with their separate side entrance and parking.
