You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the shared rooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and because it's in the best location in all of Fort Collins!We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables. Loved our stay

The house is beautiful and the hosts are wonderful. Erik was great with communication, we were welcomed with delicious cookies from a local bakery, and checking in and out was a breeze.

Week Long Stay in Fort Collins

Beautiful and clean home. Located just minutes from downtown Ft Collins and walking distance to New Belgium brewery, which we took advantage of during our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out, relax, and cook together. Eric was a great host checking in on us and communicated on check out time.

Awesome home!

We were in town with friends and the house was great! It is close to lots of restaurants, shops and the beautiful downtown area of Fort Collins. Hosts were great and we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Perfect location

This was a perfect location for our 4 day, getaway. Bike riding right out the door and kayaking in Horsetooth was ideal. The house was new and was very nice!

Property was extremely clean and had an amazing open floor plan. Close to everything including walking distance to the breweries near by. Would absolutely stay again. Oh! Hot tub on property rooftop was a huge plus!!!

Nice layout and location for work retreat

The layout of the bedrooms and the open kitchen, dining and living space on the main floor worked well for a work retreat. With 4 people coming from out-of-town, everyone had their own bedroom and there was still plenty of space for staff from Northern Colorado to join team meetings during the day.

Perfect for Family

My 3 sons were visiting us in Fort Collins along with their family/girlfriends and this place was perfect. It was close to us in Old Town, in a nice, safe neighborhood, and has enough room for everyone to spread out. We’ll definitely book again when they come back.

Friends trip

This property was modern with plenty of space. There were 4 couples, so the 4 king beds were perfect. And one group traveled with a 2yo which was wonderful that the master bedroom had an extra space for her. Overall we enjoyed the location and walked to a brewery and enjoyed the area!

Xmas Fort Collins Getaway

I leased this property for my family to get together for a Christmas getaway. The property was better than advertised. We had plenty of space to have everyone together or have some downtime on our own. The New Belgium Brewing brewery is conveniently right around the corner and Old Town For Collins is very walkable. I highly recommend this property.

Family Stay

Great location, potentially great property but at this point is feeling like it's needs some TLC. We had several issues, the good thing was that management was responsive and the handyman was terrific. No mention of rooftop sharing in the listing, so it was available in 2 hour blocks only.

Nice Place but Minimal

The overall place is nice but minimal. It has everything you need but just needs to be refreshed. The pots and pans are tired and the walls are very scuffed. The keypad to the front door did not work and the towel bar in the 2nd floor bathroom was broke off the wall. One of the mattresses on the 2nd floor was very tired as well. It would be very nice to have paper towels, kleenex and bar soap as well. I have rented other properties in Foco that were much more well stocked.

Will Re-Book in Future!

The house was super cute; it was close to Old Town, the Poudre Trail, and only a few minutes from CSU. Big Wins! We liked the hot tub and overall the house in general. I have two minor issues - there was not a blow dryer and with a house full of ladies, that was challenging - I have never been to a VRBO rental that did not have one. :( Also, I booked through VRBO - yet the property manager was communicating through Lodgify which I do not have an account to and that caused confusion and some frustration with lack of timely responses on the VRBO app (see blow dryer issue above). I would stay here again - all in all - these issues where minimal, The house, location, and neighborhood were all wonderful.

Spacious, clean and quiet!

My husband and I along with another couple rented this beautiful home for a long weekend in Fort Collins. It was perfect! So clean and new! The beds were comfortable. The rooftop hot tub is a treat, especially at sunset. Be mindful that this property is in a residential neighborhood with families. (Keep the noise level under control.) The location is a short walking distance (15 min) to downtown FoCo. The owner, Erik, was wonderful to work with: communicative and gracious. We'd love to stay here again!
