Fort Collins Getaway
Our group had a wonderful stay at Justin's property. He was easy to communicate with, the location was great, and the property was clean and very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable and the outdoor area with the fireplace was perfect!

Concert in Fort Collins
We visited to go to a concert at the Mishawaka. The place was clean, easy to get to, easy to get in, and was comfortable. Would stay there again!

Great set up for family with adult children. Each having own bathroom was great, as well as common areas to hang out together. Enjoyed the roof top deck with fireplace also! Great location.

Beautiful Property
We loved our stay and would absolutely rebook when coming back to FOCO. Property was clean and we enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on the top deck at night. Minutes drive to shopping and restaurants and a quiet place to come back to at night to relax and hangout.

Great Place!
This was the perfect place for our needs. Coming into town for a work seminar with a few co workers. Each room was like its own apartment with a bathroom. The place was clean and new. Tons of street parking right out front in a great area close to everything.

Amazing place for 6-8 people. Great location. Justin was a fantastic host & I’d love to stay again!
The location of this property was perfect. Close to downtown Fort Collins. Parking was easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very spacious and clean. The home came well equipped and was perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was a great space for a big group, and the patio with the fireplace is a lovely touch. The amenities provided were very helpful. My friends and I would all highly recommend staying at Justin’s place!

Celebration Of Life
Rented property for Celebration of Life for family member that had long term connection to the Fort Collins community. Good location and nice unit with beautiful 3rd floor balcony. Did get noise complaint pretty early in the evening (before 9 pm). We had no loud music or partying, just fun conversations with some good local beer. Overall, good rental if you turn in early.

Nice Property
We were in town Nov. 2022 to visit family and enjoyed our stay. Very clean and attractive, and nice to have a garage available. The few things that would have been even better would have been glass water glasses (there were wine glasses but no regular water glasses, there were metal cups w/lids), small trash bag liners stocked (couldn't find any), fewer items in the various cabinets and closets, and a broom and dust pan that could be stored out of sight downstairs. For those using the top floor loft bedroom, note that it's open to traffic to the deck so a decorative folding privacy panel would be great. Had a great stay, and would stay again. Thank you!

Clean, quiet and comfortable townhouse
This townhouse was immaculate when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable, and it was quiet for sleeping at night. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. We walked to a nearby fitness center and also to Old Town Fort Collins. Hiking trails were only a 15-20 minute drive. I would certainly stay here again.
