You'll be just steps away from the Ten Mile Dunes. If stairs aren't for you, there is beach access at Seaside Creek Beach approximately 0.5 miles down Highway 1, and parking is available. You'll also be up the road from a 4.5-mile paved coastal trail for scenic hikes or bike rides and within a few miles of outfitters for horseback rides, whale-watching excursions, and kayaking adventures. Many of the surrounding state parks and beaches provide hiking and biking opportunities as well. Less than 12 miles away, discover the beauty of the Mendocino Botanical Gardens.
The interior has been remodeled from top to bottom, offering an open floor plan teeming with new appliances and fixtures. There's a well-equipped, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, an elegant dining space with a formal table, and a spacious living area with an enormous sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, and a TV to stream all your favorite channels. You'll also find a private outdoor hot tub, a cornhole set, a fun-filled garage game room with shuffleboard, a DVD library, and Starlink internet for your at-home entertainment.
The primary bedroom boasts luxury touches such as radiant floor heat in the en suite. Additional amenities include a gas grill that you can roll out of the garage for summertime barbecues, a washer/dryer, and complimentary internet access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
