Vista del Mar is a beautiful home right on the beach. Vista del Mar is very nicely furnished house. Great BBQ in the backyard and a wonderful sitting deck on the front of the house to watch awesome sunsets.

Beach Vacay!
I booked this lovely home for my birthday. I like to dedicate a few times a year where my family and I can all unwind and just spend time together. Vista Del Mar was the perfect stay with a breathtaking view!

Perfect Northcoast House
The location of this beautiful and spacious home cannot be beat. We loved everything about it: of course the ocean right outside our front door, but also the amenities, the beautiful yard, and the privacy. Each couple / person has their own space, and their own bathroom, and the shared spaces are wonderfully appointed. This home is pure luxury!

Didn't want to leave!
This beautiful home is in a great location. The backyard is amazing and we enjoyed sitting in the morning sun reading and/or having coffee while taking in the seclusion and beauty of the yard. Then in the evening whether from the kitchen while cooking or the front deck afterward the sunsets were amazing and we loved the crash of the waves.

Awesome location but needs updating.
We've rented this house before. You can't beat the location and views but the house really needs updating. The bed linens are cheap and ugly, ripped upholstery, stained carpet, cheap pots and pans that need to be replaced. This house could really be fabulous if a fairly small investment was made in updating the bedding, linens, etc. Also, the eco-friendly dry pods of shampoo/conditioner, body wash are awful! Bring your own products if you rent this place.

Perfect for our family!
This is our second time staying here and we plan to return! The home is in the best location ever, directly across from the beach, and on a quiet street. It has a gorgeous backyard and stunning ocean views from the kitchen and front room. There were plenty of clean towels, extra blankets, fans, etc. We loved the layout with the extra "wing" apart from the main rooms (which is where our daughter, SIL, and grandkids slept). The windows need some TLC, but other than that, it's in great shape.

Fabulous View & Location!
This was our 4th time staying here & you just can't beat the view or location. We love having the beach & bike/walking path across the street! And the backyard is perfect for kids! But make sure you bring everything you need for cooking, including salt & pepper. It would be nice if they updated it a bit and added front deck furniture. But again, it's all about the location!

Undisturbed Paradise
We so loved this house, the property and the setting. Everything was so perfect that we wouldn’t change a thing except make it a dog-friendly rental so we can bring our pooches next year! Thank you for supplying us with precious memories: sunsets from the deck with wine & cheese, deer sightings under the giant cedars, long morning walks along the ocean trail, movie nights curled up in the cozy den and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. It was all so wonderful. We will be back, dogs or no dogs!

Very disappointed!
We have rented this property for the last 5 yrs.; however, the poor condition of this house is forcing us to look into others. A little TLC & maintenance would go a long way. You can't beat the location of view from this house.

The house was wonderful, great views, comfortable beds, spacious, and a great location. my only issues is with the managment company. Outside trash was left full as was the recycle at the beginning of our stay so we had no place to put the trach and recycle, and the dryer distroyed some of our cloths due to a broken piece, not a fault of the owners. We truly loved the house. Thank you owners for sharing.

Oceanfront Getaway
This place was perfect for my Mom's birthday getaway. You pretty much have a view of the ocean from most rooms. The kitchen has plenty of room for cooking and all the necessities. Just needed to bring our own spices and tinfoil/plastic wrap and storage items. The backyard is a slice of heaven, so peaceful and perfect for littles to play. We brought our corn hole game and it was perfect to play and eat out on the deck. The front deck is perfect for whale watching and to see the sunset. If it's too cold, just go inside to the front living room and you won't miss a thing. The rooms are well stocked with bedding and pillows, plus extra if needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome location and backyard
Awesome location, location, location. Beautiful relaxing backyard and deck. Great response and resolution from local support when an issue arose regarding lack of water pressure. Thank you for the rapid response and resolution. We did enjoy the home, however, some furniture is dated and needs to be repaired or replaced. The bed in the room over the garage is really sagging, there is no closet in the that room or a dresser to put your clothes in, so the occupants staying in that room had to live out of their suitcases. The bed in the room with the foosball table sags even more. There are not enough comfortable places to sit for the number of people allowed to stay in the home in the either the main living room of in the sitting area in the kitchen/dining room. With our party of 6, someone was having to sit on the floor when it came time for just kick back and relax inside when it got a little chilly outside. The appliances, specifically the stove top and the oven could use some updating too. If the furniture is updated, we would stay there again.

We would stay here again. The location was fabulous. The kitchen had an excellent selection of usable stuff for us. We bring partially prepped food to cook our own meals. The backyard garden is stunning. Our kids loved the game table upstairs. The lock box was difficult to get the key out of. It took 3 of us to eventually get it open. I would classify this as a "cabin" quality vrbo. Furniture is battered and some of it has holes in the fabric. The white furnature is discolored. The up stairs bed is very hard my in-laws would not have been able to sleep on it. Its dated, old, and a little dingy like a cabin. Visible water stains on ceiling and the blinds were caked with dust. It's definitely corporate owned and operated... so it doesn't get the TLC a proud homeowner would give. Nevertheless, I have stayed in these types of vrbos before and would continue to do so. We loved our stay and would gladly stay here again. I just wanted to be honest about the overall state of the place.

Great way to take in Califonria's Northern Coast
The house is perfect for a family gatherings with a great kitchen, large family room, and great backyard. From the moment you arrive, you see the beautiful beach just steps away. Open a window or two and you can hear the crashing waves. Our kids loved both the large backyard to play in as well as the great beach to explore. The game room, which also served as the kids bedroom) kept the kids and (some adults) entertained the entire trip. The family room is large and open, perfect for everyone to sit around and play a game. There is no TV in the front room, which I liked, but others may not. When in the house, we spent most our time in the kitchen and living room section of the house. Those preparing meals were able to socialize with everyone hanging out in the living room. Exactly the layout we loved for a family trip. Double doors/windows also open up to the backyard from the space, you everyone can also keep an eye on the kids while outside. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. With exception to the 1st floor master bedroom, going up stairs was a must to get to the rooms. Just something to note. The natural beauty of the area was spectacular. In addition to the incredible beaches and bluffs of Fort Bragg, we saw seals in the waters right off the beach from this house and deer throughout the neighborhood. We did run into 1 issue; the gas grill ran out of propane halfway through cooking dinner. A call into the property manager service wasn't the most helpful. The options were to (1) to run out and get another tank ourselves or (2) wait for a local "on-call" person. Option 1 would include a refund of the cost of a tank, but by 7:30pm all places were closed or would be closed by time of arrival. Option 2 wasn't helpful because we didn't know how long that would take (or if they would end up like us in option 1). In the end, we finished cooking dinner in the kitchen. This could have been avoided by ensuring the tank was reasonably full, having a a spare tank around, or a local contact that can help in a timely manner. We are looking forward to another visit to Fort Bragg and staying and this great house!

6th year renting this home!
Love having separate spaces for each of our kids families & us. No sharing bathrooms or bedrooms is great. Across the street is the best sandbox possible, bike riding path and the views can't be beat! None of us even mind cooking or doing dishes with that kind of view. The backyard is fantastic for kids & is fully fenced, even the adults love hanging out there. Each year gets better as we now know what to bring to make our stay perfect. For next year we'll add a can opener that works!
