Perfectly positioned two bedroom unit with linen, lift and pool directly across from Forster Main beach and only minuets walk away from shops and restaurants.

This freshly styled unit is in the perfect position looking over Forster’s main beach and Ocean Baths making the sunny balcony a perfect place for your morning coffee.

The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area consist of everything you will need to relax and enjoy your breakaway, with both front and back balcony’s with views of the ocean and Wallis lake. The gourmet kitchen features all the essentials to recreate your favourite home cooked meal.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, build in wardrobes and access to the Wallis lake facing balcony, while the second bedroom offers two singles beds, with both bedrooms providing ceiling fans. The unit also offers a washing machine and dryer should you wish to take advantage of these facilities.

The Secure building includes a lift, communal swimming pool, garage parking for one car. The Oceanic building has external facing cameras.

Linen is included at this property, however, don’t forget to pack a beach towel!

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

Excellent Location but very old unit
Unit located opposite beach in centre of Forster so it was easy to get around without having to utilise our car. Apartment is old, probably built in 70’s and could do with a revamp as it’s very tired looking.

Terrible apartment in a prime location
We originally booked Oceanic 26 for three nights, but decided to shorten our stay due to the poor condition of the apartment. The apartment was generally unclean (e.g. dirty floors and windows, smell of mould and dead cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards), the furniture mouldy and rusty, the decor outdated, minimal kitchen amenities (e.g. no wine glasses and coffee plunger), broken/missing lamps, and limited heating options in the middle of winter. Despite not being listed as part of the property amenities, it is disappointing to not have a WiFi and dishwasher at the price point of approximately $300 per night. It is a real shame because the location is excellent and the view of the beach from the balcony is quite beautiful. The property manager was relatively responsive in addressing our concerns and assisted us in finding a (less than optimal) resolution. Should the above issues not be addressed, we would not recommend staying in this apartment, especially with very young kids like we have.

Property is in a fantastic position across from the beach. Great views. The property is a little dated but very functional. Decent kitchen though there is a cockroach issue. Easy walk to plenty of eating options and a short stagger home from the pub. No wifi is a negative.

The property was clean, in a great location with beautiful views. One safety concern was that the locks on the doors to the verandahs were in easy reach for young children and although we didn't require it during our stay, no airconditioning.

Close to Beach and Town!
Great unit position and view of beach and ocean baths and shops and lake on the other side. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit, food crumbs and sand over the dining table, the bath was absolutely filthy with dirt, sand and hair...we had to try and clean it before our child could use it. I thought I was booking with property owner on Stays but felt misinformed when the Pacific Coast Property Network started liaising with me. I think this should be noted for people to be aware of. They then charged our Visa Card more than what I had agreed to and was quoted on the Stays Website, very unprofessional, along with a credit card charge! I was then charged a bond that I wasn't told about when we checked in and got a surprise when I checked bank account, it was returned a week later. We left the unit cleaner than it was when we arrived. Communication with Pacific Coast staff was good and prompt, other than not telling me about bond charge at check in. Great location across from beach and easy walk to cafes and shops in Mall area. Comfortable beds. Great burgers and chips at Lobby's!
