Lovely flat in a great location
Stayed here over Christmas because we have family in town. It's a gorgeous, newly renovated apartment with everything we needed to cook a Christmas feast. Great location within easy walking distance to town. Would definitely recommend.
Chillout Lakeside is great. It has everything you need. We had a wonderful week here. Close to Little Street baths and only a short walk to the restaurants and main beach. Have already booked our next Chillout holiday. Thanks Annmaree.

I arranged this for my parents & when they arrived home they were delighted with the accom. at forster. The apartment had every thing they needed with all the modern conds. Easy access to the shops & enjoyed sitting on the verdandah drinking wine & people watching.Would recommend.
The property presents very well and is accurate with description.
Bedding, cleanliness, supplies and styling are all top notch.
The only hitch was that the cleaner had not put pillow cases on the pillows, which was promised but did not materialise.
Otherwise 5 star experience.

very comfortable property
everything is good. according to our travel experiences when it says bring your own linen, we never had to bring tea towel and bathmat. the website didn't say to bring those items, we just put up with wet feet for few nights. that's the only low bit. otherwise, perfect location and a clean property.
Perfect accommodation and location. A great place to relax and chill out. Everything has been thought of to make your stay pleasurable. Highly recommend.
We like to have a week each year in Forster. Chill out Lakeside is perfectly located for our interests and is bright, clean and very well equipped.

This place was a fantastic place for a weekend getaway. Stunning views, unit is clean and modern. Will definitely stay again. Parked our 4m boat in the lockable shed with ease which was great for us. We parked our car on the road with no issues. Unit is right across from the boat ramp which was convenient for us and within walking distance of pubs and restaurants. All in all was a great experience and will definitely be our first choice next time we stay in Forster.
Unit was very clean and comfortable. Located across the road from Wallis Lake, a short walk from the town centre and main beach. The position was exceptional. Would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars

We enjoyed our stay, despite the bad weather. It was so nice being across from the river. The unit was well equipped for a family with young kids and even had a few toys and games they enjoyed. Will definitely come and stay again!

The views from the property are amazing and lovely location!
The decor was very dated though to be honest. The beautiful large windows looking out onto the ocean we’re quite dirty, which really spoiled the view.
There was also a sign asking guests to refill the gas bottle for the bbq when empty, with a map showing guests where to go for a re-fill. I would think that for the price we paid for the apartment, that gas would be included and supplied prior to our stay.
I just didn’t feel that the usual touches to make guests feel pampered and cared for were present in this apartment, there was no milk at all on arrival. It would just take a few little touches to make this place quite amazing, as it’s a nice apartment and the location was beautiful ❤️❤️
Although we picked the only weekend in months that had terrible weather, the accommodation was outstanding and made the stay very pleasant. Thanks Annmaree.
Lovely apartment. Will probably bring my own pillows next time as the pillows were a fraction too high but everything else was a breeze. Walking distance to pub and a lot of restaurants.
Annmaree was great to deal with regarding the apartment. Unfortunately, the guests before us had smoked in the apartment and smells can affect me. I could smell the smoke and bleach.
I had all the windows open and the ceiling fans on. The breeze was fabulous and we only used the aircons rarely.
The apartment was very well appointed. Everything I needed to use for cooking was in the kitchen. How the bathroom is set up is really helpful for multiple people to get ready. Being away for so long, having the washing machine and dryer to use was great.
The kids loved being able to watch netflix on the large smart tv too.
The apartment complex is a little dated, but the apartment itself has been renovated. The complex was very quiet, but we could hear the noisy neighbours in the building next to us. Mind you, it was the holidays and there was lots of people visiting family etc. I would think it would be quieter when it wasnt Christmas.
Our 4wd just fit into the garage (height & length). We had to take off the tow bar length wise to be able to shut the garage door. Our car doesnt have the best turning circle, so we had to do multiple point turns to get out.
We would stay here or another one of Annmaree's properties again.
