"We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio...

"Everyone at Casa Giulia is amazing and so nice! We stayed here with family and hosted an intimate wedding of 40 people. Francesca was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding (a mere 4 months before the stay). She coordinated all vendors and details. Francesca and all staff helped during the entirety of the stay and we are so grateful. The villa itself is enchanting and beautiful! The grounds are kept and picturesque. We could not have imagined a better place to start the rest of our lives!...

"Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage in einer nicht überrenovierten bäuerlichen Anlage. Absolut keine Beanstandungen bzgl Sauberkeit und Praktikabilität. Der Gastgeber war einfach nur herzlich freundlich, nichts Aufgesetztes! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach Visitation im kulturell spannenden Umland waren der Pool und Ruhe verantwortlich für die beste Erholung."

"Lots of space in this old family home, both inside and outside. Great location for heading off to the mountains and exploring Spoleto. Closer by, are the walks and views from Monte Mariano and a rustic lunch at Rifugio San Gaspare. The host, Elizabetta, was always immediately available."
