"The complete facility was closed on Sunday afternoon 15:00, no one on the premises. When we got to the hotel at 15:30, we found that our key cards was not functioning any more and could not get into the building (-3 degrees outside?) I found a person from the kitchen (on the way home) that opened for us, but then we were not able to go out to food because we would not be able to get in again."

"From the photo it looked like we would have a fantastic view from our room but that was not the case. After we entered the office to check in we were greeted with very old decor but no body around, after waiting for about 5 minutes we were greeted by a friendly man who had to keep calling the owner to answer our questions. We went and checked the room to find it extremely small, no view and two single beds. Thankfully the restaurant had an amazing view and the food was great. We did feel ripped...
