"What a spectacular resort! The staff were equally wonderful along with the food and wine selection. The concierge helped us book amazing experiences and I would STRONGLY recommend booking everything thru them as they turned out awesome!!!"

"Mould, so much mould. Air conditioning vent taped up so no air flow except for a floor fan provided. Chair provided looked like someone went to the toilet on it, dessk scratched up. No car parking because there is construction right next door (where the parking is shown in the provided photos) also no mention about the construction site at all. Only one working lock on the door: safety chain couldn't be latched. Deadlock can be rekeyed to allow the same key to be used on it and the actual door...

"Only issue is nonight time service. Wish the bar was part of hotel to deliver out after 5pm service"

"We only had one tv channel - 10 in different versions, horrible. For what we paid we should have had all free to air channels. Disappointing. Staff unable to rectify."

"A wonderfully appointed room, spacious and with a balcony. Ridiculously comfortable beds and very friendly and helpful service. The location is just on the outskirts of the main centre, with everything easily within walking or tram distance. I’d certainly book here again. Thank you! "
