House in Fornells, renovated with very nice rustic furniture. 3 rooms 75 m². living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and electric heating. 1 bed with 1 double bed and electric heating. 1 bed with 1 bunk beds, electric heating. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heater. Terrace 15 m². Terrace furniture, sun loungers (4). Facilities: washing machine. Internet WIFI)

The area consists of 2 houses, the owner lives on the same land but the spaces are large and hardly shared.

Plot of land 7'500 m² (fenced), garden 3'000 m² with lawn, rectangular swimming pool (12 x 6 m, Available seasonally: 01.Apr.-30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture





Parking is free inside the house.
