"Stayed here for 5 nights in June and our stay was perfect. Room was ready early, the staff were very knowledgeable, polite and helped us book an unforgettable trip to Mt Etna. It was my husband’s birthday whilst we were there and they arranged an amazing cake with a candle and complimentary Prosecco.
