"This is a good place to stay, spacious and modern right next door to museum Academia and a five minute walk to the Duoma. The only negative is the rooms were very hot, at night was 26c. They finally admitted they close air conditioning in September so we only had ventilation. It was not fun trying to sleep even with windows open. They also have a giant jacuzzi for the shower. "Wonderful apartment that lives up to the pictures and description. Great location! The check in process is thru an app and detailed instructions were sent via Whatsapp. I believe there are 78 steps to climb so be aware of that. It wasn't terrible. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and two queen beds. Should be very comfortable for 2 couples for a family. The kitchen is in the loft and fully stocked. The only confusing thing for me was the airconditioner/thermostat. We didn't really need it...

"The apartment was lovely, in a good location. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. We walked everywhere but there are buses and taxis around. You can walk to the city centre to see the sites very easily. From the city centre we also got the train to Pisa for a day trip. While we were there we communicated with the rental agency via WhatsApp very easily. But I think the process of getting checked in before getting there could be improved. I didn’t get an email with a link to check in...

"Communication piece could improve. I emailed and asked several times if I could check in earlier which worked out great but there was no response. However, they use their own platform which due to internet issues i had very hard time loading therefore i would highly encourage to check emails more frequently. Also, apartment has a lot of black mold throughout. apart from that it was a cute little spot close to metro stop. "
