"We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible. I called the reception multiple times but they did not help me warning our neighbors ..."

"It's a large house in a quiet, but accessible, location in the mountains a few km from Cauterets. The road up is bendy, but very good.
