Situated in Formentera del Segura, Rojales, Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain, this fantastic building is surrounded by prestigious villas and mansions from the east side there are padel courts and tennis courts The nearest beach is in Guardamar five miles from our apartment. There is beautiful playground opposite the our balcony, next bigger is 350m near the school. Stunning views of the sea and lakes. Rent this accommodation for a short stay, and relax with a drink on the sunny private balcony as you breathe the sea air. There is two large communal pool and two children's pool, inside the exclusive secure grounds. At your disposal is an underground garage and an elevator. Near championship golf courses in Rojales. Well located with great views, near many facilities.

The property is on the peaceful southern outskirts of a small town, with easy access and good public transport. Five or ten minutes walk to a wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops, parks and well stocked supermarkets .

You can drive to beach restaurants at Guardamar, La Marina or Torrevieja and the bustling seafront promenade for tourists, in the town centre, with many wonderful restaurants, evening craft markets, attractions and first class shopping. The large local market is in Rojales on Thursday. Diving, fishing, water sports, boat trips, water parks, tennis and beautiful sandy beaches are available in the area.

Fully furnished modern condominium apartment with everything you would need for a perfect self-catering stay. TV channels, air conditioning and heating are provided. Well equipped, with spacious living and dining area, and open plan complete fitted kitchen including oven/hob/hood, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine. Separate utility room off the kitchen witch washer . All utensils are provided, with plenty of glasses etc for 6 persons. Dining table and 8 chairs.

The large living area has Satellite TV with spain channels. There are two bedrooms, and for larger groups, sofa-beds in the living room. All the necessary sizes of extra linen, pillows etc, and an infant travel cot and baby stroller up to three years old are included. Sleeps for max 6 persons.

The en suite double bedroom has the bathroom with large bath with shower, bidet and designer basin. The twin bedroom has access to the secure balcony from which to view the pools , and the large balcony is at the living area. There is a second family shower room with a big walk-in shower. Lifts/elevators from underground garage to this 1 floor property, and the option of stairs. Furniture for balcony and pool side.

Alicante airport is 35 minutes approx by road and Murcia airport or railway station about 25 minutes. Our keys are looked after by a local agent, who can arrange optional airport transfers by car for a low price if you do not intend to drive, and answer any questions while you are there. She can also supply the keys, welcome packs, equipment hire and other help. Or we could send you the keys and directions with full details in advance.

Rates include television channels, air conditioning, power, water, cot, swimming, management, key holding, booking and p&p etc. Plenty of fresh towels and bedding are provided. There is an additional small local charge, payable by you to our agent/cleaner in Spain while you are there in cash, for the laundry of linen and towels, and cleaning. This is for the final clean after you leave. That is the only compulsory extra cost. It will be clean and ready when you arrive.

This auction is for a vacation in our lovely Spanish Apartment, to let for European beach or golf holiday breaks all year at low prices. Sleeps 4 to 6, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Flights, meals etc are not included. Please make a part or full payment to confirm the reservation, and the balance 2 weeks before travel. We request a small returnable deposit for damage and keys.
