"Great location close to walking distance (within 20 mins mostly) from main attractions. Easy access to train stations. Only complaint is that the rooms are set to heat in winter and cannot be changed. Had to open window to cool the room down but since the hotel was next to a road the noise was loud."

"This is a charming, eclectic art oriented hotel. The flower room bar is delightful, a great place for photos. The location is great for sightseeing in the central historic district. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. They could not have been more welcoming, helpful, kind and fun. We are definitely planning on returning!"

"A new hotel with amazing rooms and amenities. Very stylish rooms with great beds and huge bathrooms. The bar and lounge area is lovely (in an old theatre) and the indoor pool and spa are great after a long day. The hotel is close to Trindade station which connects everywhere, or walk 10-15 mins to the old town. "

"The hotel itself was great—clean, comfortable, and with really comfy beds. The staff were friendly enough, and the location was convenient, with easy access to the metro, buses, and free parking. The one major downside was the restaurant. The bright lighting gave it more of a canteen feel rather than a proper restaurant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The mashed potatoes were chewy and tasteless, the beef cheeks were tough, and even the Francesinha, a signature Portuguese...
