Great villa for a small group or family

We just left Ischia after our first visit. As a family of four with two adults and two children, 3 and 7, this was a fantastic place to stay. The photos accurately represent the property. The views are as stunning as you see in the pictures, but of course better in person! They include all of the basic amenities needed and even did some light shopping for us before we arrived so we had some extra necessities for the kids. Check in was easy. Note that you have to pay 2/day in tax in cash. The place drips of ischia in terms of decor and style. Very clean and lots of light. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms beautiful. Only complaint with the bathrooms is the lack of a door on the downstairs bathroom - very limited privacy! It was very safe and parking was easy behind an automatic gate. Note that you share parking with the other villa on the property so it’s a little tight but doable. Speaking of which - there is another villa just below this one. We regretted not booking that one because it appeared to have a plunge pool which would have been great with the hot weather! Also you could hear voices from the other villa sometimes. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped and there is a small washing machine, and a drying rack outside. It is located perfectly - a short drive to Forio, and the rest of the island is also easily accessible. The Mariana gardens are directly across the street! In all we had an amazing time at this fantastic villa!
The gate to the villa is on the top floor - walk down a flight to reach the front door.

Weekend on Ischia

Spent a weekend at Villa dei Lecci overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and the town of Forio. Stunning views and sunsets! The villa in on a quiet street across from Giardini La Mortella (a must see), clean and met all our needs. Chiara and Alessandro were very attentive and responded to our texts promptly. We look forward to returning to Ischia!

Villa Lecci is Paradise!

Our short stay, 3 nights, at the beautiful Villa Lecci was in between our stay in Rome and Sorrento and so relaxing 😎. The villa has been built/renovated with such attention to detail. The spacious patio was enjoyed morning, noon and night as was the upper patio with the hot tub. So relaxing after a busy day exploring the island. We did rent a car one day to explore and go to The Poseidon Thermal Spa to enjoy the mineral pools. And like the reviewer before us, the owner arranged for the car to be delivered to the villa. So convenient and appreciated. The views, the amenites, the location were totally enjoyed by all of us. We can't recommend it highly enough. Fantastico!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

My family of 4 recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property. The decor, the view, the amenities, the comfort of the beds....everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We rented the smaller villa with the hot tub which we used every day. We did not miss having a pool since the beach is a short walk away. We also went to Negombo which is 5 minutes away by car. If you want to explore Ischia I would highly recommend renting a car. Lastly the owners are truly wonderful people who were available at all times to answer questions and help with Restaurant recommendations. They even arranged for our car rental to be dropped off at the property. We were so sad to leave and regret not staying longer. I would go back in a heartbeat.

5 Sterne für Haus und Gastgeber!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der "Villa" sehr genossen! Die Gastgeber waren wirklich toll und haben an ALLES gedacht!!! Wir hatten Essen für den ersten Tag(da Sonntag angekommen und die Läden um 12 Uhr schliessen),wir hatten Handtücher,Heizung,Pläne für die Insel,Hilfe beim Müll,usw…. Vielen Dank dafür!

La villa è molto più bella di quello che si vede nelle foto, la vista del tramonto di Forio lascia senza fiato. La famiglia dei proprietari è stata la chicca della permanenza, abbiamo prenotato ebtrambe le ville e si sono dimostrati super disponibili. Consigliatissima.

Wow just Wow.....

What a wonderful Villa, we so enjoyed our stay here the views are just unbelievable we enjoyed our deck every evening the sunsets were stunning! We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach and some very good restaurants and bars, the owners are wonderful people who answered all our questions and were very helpful with everything. When we return to Ischia we will defiantly stay here again.
