SECURITY: For the safety of Guests and the property, this property has video surveillance on the front exterior of the house.

COUNTRY PROPERTY: There are a variety of critters living on and around the forested hillside. Guests should be prepared to encounter spiders, ants, wasps, lizards, deer, gophers, and more. Embrace the country environment with awareness and respect for the wildlife that makes this place special. Please be mindful of potential gopher holes when walking to avoid any trips or falls.

The property is NONSMOKING, and has a strict NO PET policy due to the health and allergies of the owners.

Onsite parking is permitted for 3 vehicles; RVs, trailers, and campers are prohibited.

Quiet hours are between 9pm to 7am, and outdoor amplified sound is prohibited.
