ENRTY LEVEL:
-Kitchen: Well appointed with everything you need to make great meals together, including a Cuisinart coffeemaker with a built-in whole bean grinder
-Living/Dining areas: Enjoy an inviting space featuring a unique "river bed" acrylic dining table and a RokuTV equipped with basic cable. Stream your favorite shows using your own logins on other apps. Large windows bring the outdoors in! - Fold-Out sleeper sofa in living room
-Comfort and Views: Stay comfortable with the mini-split heat/AC unit and soak in the stunning forest views. Step out onto the upper deck for outdoor dining and grilling on the gas BBQ

Bedroom 1 - Comfy Queen bed, private access to deck

- Parking: Accommodates up to 3 cars—1 in the gravel area in front of the fence, 1 next to the fence, and1 in front of the separate garage.
- Pet Policy: $90 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard is fully enclosed for pup (Dogs may not be left at the home unattended unless quietly crated)
- Quiet Outside Hours 9PM - 9AM - County Ordinance
- NO PARTIES - No Large Gatherings
- NO Smoking of any substances in the home - exterior smoking is restricted to paved areas
