"This place is cute and unique with a historical air and modern decor. Bear in mind, however, that it is not a luxury hotel and the prices reflect this. There is mostly no staff on site. We checked in through an outdoor automated kiosk and checked out the same way. If there is an issue you are on your own. The rooms are quite small, although they did a lot with the space they have. I would absolutely NOT recommend this inn to anyone older or with any sort of disability or mobility issues. ...

"Had a very nice and comfortable stay. Roomy condo, extra clean with great communication from host. It is centrally located to most attractions in and around DC as long as you have a car or make use of bus or metro.Nice backyard porch although the view from it could use some TLC. I would rent this vrbo again."

"Shower drain not draining. HVAC system needs maintenance per msg. Part of shade in small bathroom missing. Pillows very minimal. Explanations on the heat zones for future guests would be good idea. Enjoyed all the Rooms. "

"My kids and I fell in love with Riverview Retreat. I wanted a place to spend Thanksgiving with my daughter as she's in Baltimore for the next two years (we're in TX). "The property is 3 levels with spiral staircases. 1) Downstairs "livingroom" area with sofas and TV. Washer/dryer also located there. "I chose this property based on the "Rooms & Beds" large type in the listing, since we were bringing 4 grandchildren ages 10-16 who don't like to sleep with each other. Two days before we were to arrive, I reviewed the entire listing, and opened up the small "see more" at the bottom of the listing, only to find that the bed listing there was totally different for 2 of the 4 bedrooms.
