"Desolate area. Cabin was perfect size and cozy. Everything we needed was there. Cabin owners responded to questions and concern’s in a timely fashion. Had our two nine year old boys that couldn’t play on their tablets or video game consoles. I’ll just say if you have young kids with you “bring board games, bikes, scooters etc”.Overall we had a great time!"

"Beautiful, serene, peaceful, private, quiet cabin in the woods on the Independence River. We brought in all of our own food staples. Enjoyed dinner one evening at Jeb’s per Jessica’s recommendation. We loved the hiking opportunities - especially Gleasman Falls,and the WhEt stone State Park Gorge. "

"Great cabin - clean, comfy beds and very quiet! Only complaint was the house water had an awful sulphur smell and we couldn’t drink it. Even taking showers & brushing teeth was unpleasant. Would suggest getting a whole house water filter and then the property would be 5 star!"

"The West Canada cabin was outstanding. Beautiful location with a great view of the lake right from the windows/decks. All of the conforts of home within the cabin, beds were comfy, kitchen was well appointed, had plenty of towels and having the washer/dryer was definitely quite helpful. Emily and the Kuyahoora staff were excellent in accomodating our needs with a late arrival and communicating with us. Highly recommend this resort and the cabin for any group of 6 to 8 people. "

"someone should have been aware of plumbing issues and addressed them prior to our arrival. Finding that two sinks were draining into pots and pans was a bit of a surprise They overflowed, creating messes that we then has to deal with. The wi-fi shut down every evening at roughly 10 PM, leaving us unable to access TV, internet, etc. Coffee grounds were found in the coffee pot when we went to make coffee. All of this info has been shared with property manager. Not our best experience with VRBO or...

"Lovely stay at Henckley Reservoir. Emily & Kim(s) gave nice attention to detail like the waters and snacks available for excursions. We rented a pontoon boat and Andre was a great captain showing us around the lake first. Loved having a clean private beach to ourselves and the paddleboards and kayaks were easy to use. The view afternoon and evening was lovely including the loons. Thank you so much! Cabin was very comfortable and clean and up to date."

"Overall this was a clean convenient place. Plenty of parking. The layout of bedrooms feels more appropriate for families becasue you have to walk through connected bedrooms both up and down stairs. The "office" bedroom has to be walked through for all three occupants of the bedrooms upstairs. We already knew bedroom #1 and #2 were connected. Since the evenings were cool enough for use of the funace we had a very strong fuel oil odor drifting up through return vents on the first floor all...
