"Stayed here as the last leg of our road trip through europe before bost home. Wanted a relaxing spa hot tub etc. The place looks amazing on way up drive. But the welcome leaves a lot to be desired. The outdoor pool was nice but felt like no one owed it and not sure if we were suposed to be there. The spa was shut so no hot tub. Felt a bit like you should be privileged to be there. "Overall, poor late check-in experience, with staff expecting us to find a building 300m away and go to 2nd floor looking for a room, ourselves, until I demanded someone show us to the room. The room was only occupied room in an otherwise empty property, with run-down and old apartment, fixtures and fittings. security door was also not working properly and held open with a bar. Staff were not responsive during the restaurant, with expansive French food, with little/no choice for vegetarian...
