"The location is fabulous with breathtaking views of the sea from each of the three floors. With its location right on the sea we expected some sort of breeze to flow through the rooms with the doors and windows open. Yet during our stay, the master bedroom (with both sliders open) was considerably warmer than all the rest of the rooms. "The villa in itself is nice although there was a big problem when we arrived because we couldn’t get the early check in as we arranged, we asked if we could sit in the garden with our cases (this was around 1pm and we were told no. There were nine of us with four cases so we couldn’t do anything except go to the beach, people must have thought we were mad on the beach with cases but we just wanted to try to enjoy our holiday. After getting the keys at 4pm we found air conditioning was leaking...

"I twas realy bad i asked for kids ge didn't give us that and the bedsheets werent clean we had to clean them and the cussion are without cover the onwer of the property asked for 70 euros for cleaning and i was like why should i give it was all dirty i would give it was clean but it wasn't and the toilet door lock was already broken we didn't knew that so we called him and he busted his own lock and now hes saying we busted his lock it wasn't a normal stay"

"What can I say ! We have just spent a week here 31 of us and what a fantastic time we have had. The house and gardens are amazing 🤩 but Miguel really made the holiday special for me and my family he is really kind guy and can not do enough for you. If any problems arrived, they were sorted straight away. Toni his son was also very helpful with the translation. If will be a holiday we never forget and would definitely recommend to others ❤️"

"Lovely property, very spacious, there were 12 of us and plenty of room for us all. The pool was lovely. The owner was great and very easy to ask for info on what’s app. Few issues as why I could not give 5 stars. The beds were nice but a couple would benefit from a new mattress. The days we were there was very hot and it would have been nice to provide a few fans in the property as very hot and stuffy. We actually went out and bought our own fans. "In diesem Haus wurde an alles gedacht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist fabelhaft. Selbst Saftpresse und Tischgrill sind vorhanden. Viel Infomaterial für Ausflüge in die Umgebung lag bereit. Für die Kinder war ausreichend Strandspielzeug vor Ort."

Initially we had not gone for a hire car but picked one up the second day for convenience because the distance walking in very hot temperatures."

"La salle d'eau est inutilisable. Il y avait des odeurs d'égout dans la SDB. Présence de gros cafards dans la cuisine (découverts 2 jours avant notre départ). Bouton de cuisinière sur lave vaisselle. Odeur de fumée constante dans la SAM (cheminée). Jardin et localisation agréable. Maison mitoyenne. 4ème chambre en mezzanine. Agence informée des faits. Cette maison ne devrait pas être en location où alors après travaux et nettoyage."

Grosser Sitzplatz draussen. Ruhiges Quartier und zu Fuss ca. 10.Minuten bis zum sehr schönen Sandstrand. Wir werden wieder kommen, besten Dank"

"An excellent villa - we loved our stay here and look forward to a return trip. The villa is generous in size with big rooms and all facilities needed for a long holiday. Everything was clean and well maintained. Peaceful and quiet location we slept very well. The gardens are great on all sides of the Villa so there is always a different direction to sunbathe or find shade. Francisco is an excellent host, professional and friendly with fast response times. Easy parking outside on the street...

"Lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly. Nice and quiet too and away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Would stay here again. Just some small maintenance needed in the apartment as some tiles on the floor were loose but otherwise a great standard. "

"The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"

"We spent 5 nights at this hotel, and for the price, it offered fantastic value. We flew into Barcelona and rented a car from OK Mobility. Conveniently, there was free street parking nearby, along with an unmarked parking area just behind the hotel, which was also free. The hotel is in a prime location: PortAventura and Ferrari Land adventure parks are just a 10-minute walk away, and Salou Beach is also within walking distance. Supermarkets and shopping facilities are close by, making it easy to get anything we needed. The hotel staff were friendly, and the food was good. We traveled as a family of four (two adults and two kids), along with two other families, and had a fantastic time. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as steam, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities, which made for a relaxing stay. Additionally, there were pool and table tennis facilities, along with evening entertainment provided by the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for families looking for a great value stay close to local attractions"
