While I stay at many Four Seasons locations this one has the most amazing customer care, so much attention to detail surrounded my caring staff. "Stunning property, one of the most beautiful in Paris. Great location. The room was on the smaller size and the staff was all very polite but were not quite as attentive and anticipatory of your needs as you would expect of a hotel at this level and price. "

"En quelques lignes… Le lieu en lui même est chargé d’histoire à travers son emplacement et son architecture. On ne peut qu’apprécier ! La localisation est idéale. La chambre est sublime et le mobilier de très bon choix avec des équipements de pointe. Le bar et la restauration sont incroyables. Pour l’ensemble du séjour, les équipes n’ont de cesse à chercher à aller au delà de l’excellence de part leur rapidité, leur discrétion et leur disponibilité. C’est très agréable. "Very clean and amazing view "

"Stayed in the Greenery apartment, the window vines are extremely overgrown and you can't see past them when you open the window (as of 11/24). Below the window is where people sit to smoke, so it does end up inside the apartment. The bedloft stairs are very steep, wouldnt reccomend for kids under 5 but my 8yr old loved it. Greenery is on the 3rd floor (4th if from the US) and the stairwell is steep, winding, and small... keep that in mind if your luggage is heavy/large. Otherwise, the stairwell...
