The advanced technology is impressive, with touch screens controlling the lighting, curtains, temperature, and entertainment. However, this can be a challenge for those who are not familiar with technology, like my parents who traveled with me. The room is comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. However, the bed built into the side walls can be a bit uncomfortable for some guests with reduced mobility. In our case, my parents over 80 years old found it a bit difficult to get out of bed due to the lack of side passages. The hotel offers several services and amenities, including a bar on the 16th floor with spectacular views of Paris. Breakfast was one of the things that impressed me the most (better than continental breakfasts in USA hotels), with a variety of options including fruits, cereals, cold milk, yogurt, hot dishes, and sweet breads. The hot coffee preparation service is especially noteworthy. The hotel has adequate security measures, such as the use of key cards to access rooms and the elevator. Overall, my experience at the citizenM Gare de Lyon hotel was positive. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, and the location is ideal for exploring Paris. "

At the reception we were greeted by Jeff, very polite and very impressed that he spoke a few words of my native language. Every morning for our breakfast every staff member greets you and does pay attention to you, ready to please you and assist you. We were welcomed by Lyetta, she was so helpful and funny and so patient with us as we were trying to speak French (rusty ahaha) but she would always encourage us and help us improve. She was always so pleasant and cheerful. Definitely recommend this lovely I had a truly wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris. "
