"We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. The property does need a bit of attention - we had some very sticky doors and a broken laundry rack, and the moving of chairs on marble tiles caused a lot of noise that transferred to apartments above and below (could easily...

"The apartment is absolutely front line, separated from the beach by a pedestrian promenade and above a furniture shop so not at all noisy. Balcony looks over the sea and we loved sitting out and enjoying incredible sunsets. The place is small and furniture basic, but that is pretty much what the listing says and it’s priced accordingly. It has everything we needed for a short break. My only concern - I’m not entirely convinced that the patio door out to the balcony was secure enough."

"The apartment was just gorgeous, exactly as described. Everything in top working order and super clean. Little extras like coffee pods and extra towels were much appreciated. "Loved this place! Sweet and cosy, great views outside. Country setting with a steep hill to walk up to it which I didn’t mind as we got our exercise! We came by bus, it worked out fine as there’s buses, Karin happy to pick us up from the village, which has a well stocked shop, and a characterful bar / restaurant Bar Suzo whose fairly limited opening hours can be found online. There are a few things that could improve this place, but for what it cost - this is our least expensive accomodation...

"Stayed here as a family of 4, nice apartment, staff very nice and helpful. Nice location. Short walk into town. We didn’t eat in the bar or restaurant but they had great evening entertainment. In all we had a lovely relaxing holiday, tennis table and pool tables in outdoor bar, pools were clean. We will definitely return here and would recommend it "
