"This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. But overall a great place for a family holiday."

"This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped. The outside . area was particularly inviting with lots of space to eat and a pool to die for. My 4 grandchildren, aged between 2 and 6, had to be dragged away from it! "What a beautiful Villa and property! This was our home base for day trips north to the Dolomites. There was plenty of space for us. The weather was very hot when we were there, 33° and higher. We had air conditioning in the attic bedroom. Air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms would have been ideal for our other guests."

"The White Lady is as beautiful in real as the pictures maybe even better. We were very cold when we arrived due to the unusual cold weather and rain. Monica immediately turn the heat on for us. She provided extra blankets and as a true Italian offered us a glass of wine. Her breakfast spread is extraordinary."

"The "Pink House" is a large welcoming house in San Pietro de Felletto. Surrounded by prosecco vineyards, it is quiet and comfortable. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so you never feel crowded. The pool provides welcome relief when the weather heats up. The owners are gracious and attentive, and invited us (and some of our guests) to a happy hour in their garden with spritzes, sausages, breads and laughter.
