This 2 BR + Loft Abbey Springs unit is fresh off a a floor-to-ceiling makeover and ready for you to enjoy! Filled with natural light, "HipNautic" features an open-concept condo layout with a luxurious, mid-century modern feel. A beautiful kitchen, stocked with all the cooking essentials, flows into a dining and entertainment area with adequate seating. Step onto the walk-out back patio to enjoy some evening cocktails with a view of the duck pond, and fire up the Blackstone grill for dinner! The master bedroom is tucked away on the first floor, featuring a comfortable king bed, while the neighboring secondary bedroom houses a queen. These two main-floor bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom. Moving up to the cozy, open-air loft space, a full bed and a twin bed provide two additional sleeping options for guests. The loft is home to the final full bathroom, ensuring that every member of your group has a convenient and comfortable stay.

When it comes to on-site amenities in the Lake Geneva area, Abbey Springs is truly the place to be - This private association offers a plethora of activities, including outdoor and indoor pools, a clubhouse, tennis courts, and private beach access on exclusive Geneva Lake. *Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost. Please note that the Abbey Springs HOA will not grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the legal occupancy of your rental home, which in this case is 7.
