"The house is located only steps away from the beach, stores and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, and had nice extras such as a large second floor balcony, barbecue and beach umbrellas. Manuela was very helpful and responded to requests quickly. Check in and check out were smooth and apartment was exactly as presented in the posting. Overall a great place to stay while visiting Santa Maria Navarrese!"

The villa itself is 5 minutes walk to Tancau beach and about 10 minutes to the main beach in Santa Maria Navarrez. Everything in the apartment was in order and comfortable. "Even after two full weeks we are sad to be leaving this wonderful property and town. We had a perfect stay from start to finish. Giorgio and his daughter, Juana, are amazing hosts (they even helped me practice my Italian). The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It was cool even during the hottest days which we really appreciated after returning from the beach and the AC also works very well. We will definitely be back (hopefully very soon). This was such a memorable stay....

"Good things first: The bathroom was recently renovated and in decent shape. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The apartment was however not quite what we expected. There was no living room area, except a kitchen (and the two bedrooms). The kitchen and rooms were dark and a bit dank. The terrace was surrounded by raw land without even grass, plus a piece of dirty artificial grass. The garden furniture was old ald worn-out. The terrace also face directly to a (smelly) garbage deposit...
