There are nooks along the exterior staircases which lead to dining areas, pool with a Jacuzzi and small gym as well as stairs leading down to the sea. "This property was a diamond we found . The accommodations we above what we expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a restaurant across the road which also was amazing . There is a beach within 10 min walking distance. This hotel is situated in a round about but with the windows closed you don’t hear much of anything . This is located halfway between Rome and Naples. Great place Lori ate parking. Dolce breakfast. "
