"The property is nice and most of the staff members are lovely. One bad problem was mold in the air conditioning system which made us sick. The room cleaning itself was perfect. Some of the wait staff were very slow and did not seem to care. Others were lovely. One issue was overcooking fish so it became dry. In other restaurants it was not a problem. So it is not a St Lucia problem. "

"We loved Secrets wild orchid. The resort is clean. The beaches are well maintained. The pools and pool bars were a lot of fun. The staff was very friendly! The food in some of the restaurants was subpar but it was on the same level as many of the other all inclusives we have done. Our butlers, Devon and Adia were both very sweet and very helpful. They took care of all our reservations for us. Don’t forget to tip your butlers if they did a fantastic job like ours did! "

"The staff were excellent, very friendly and made a point of making your stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. The food was good, but more options, especially seafood would have been nice. For being an island, having more than one fish variety offered for an entire week was a little disappointing. The amenities were great, private beach, chairs/loungers and cabanas were nice.
