"Check in was fine. Room was small. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. Glad we tried it but we don't expect to return."

"Liked bed. Did not like door opened upwards instead of normal downward direction. After 16 hour day driving, had to go to lobby to say I couldn’t get in. Then, I was told handle goes upward. Should be part of check in instructions."

"It was only an overnight stay overall very good I always bring my coffee maker there wasnt a place near any of the furniture to plug in even there single coffee maker didn’t have an appropriate plugin you would have to put it on the floor only outlet were right on or next to the headrest. Bed very comfortable the remote needed batteries the wall had coatrack hooks that was great should have taken a picture I felt safe there "

"I was able to book one of their Suites which has a full kitchenette with everything one needs for a longer term stay. Love the gym here, well equipped. It's on the freeway, but it's all white noise; free breakfast and a bar with food. The beds are a little too soft, but that's a personal preference."

"We loved the hotel, it’s decorated very nice, feels clean and welcoming. We loved the breakfast service in the Star Lounge on the third floor (we also had a good burger and great cocktails there the night before.) The staff was very accommodating. They provided us with some of our basic supplies that we forgot. It was so nice not to have to look for a convenient store nearby for those things. "Place needs a little update/housekeeping. But the owner is very communicative, let me add an extra day up front and reached out immediately when there was an issue. Location great and felt safe. I had to fly out 2 days early so wasnt here very long. "
