The Folly House ~ Your Folly Retreat

One of Folly's Best! This raised three-bedroom two bath home is a classic beach retreat, a place to relax and enjoy. The perfect place to build wonderful family memories. A short stroll to Center Street and the beach; a mere 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston! When you walk into this classic Folly Beach home, you will find an open-concept living room and kitchen area. 2 of the rooms and one of the bathrooms stem off from the living room. The third bedroom stems from the mudroom/laundry area. There are three comfortable bedrooms with smart TVs in each and a wonderful large porch with seating for the whole family and a dinner table for alfresco meals! The master bathroom has a shower. The shared bathroom for the guestrooms and living room has a combination shower and bathtub. This house also features an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Perfect beach getaway

Loved this place. It is close to the beach, 1-2 minute walk, a quick walk to Bert's Market and town. The house had everything we needed and should we have a question there was always someone available by phone to answer. Folly is our happy place and we had a great visit.

Lovely vacation home in Folly Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Folly House. The house was clean and comfortable and the perfect size for a relaxing weekend. The deck is lovely and we spent many an hour there. When we arrived we found that they had left a starter pack of paper goods which was much appreciated. Property management was extremely responsive to our questions and sent information about the house, the area, and offered early arrival/late check out.The house is very easy to find, has two nice parking spots, and it has convenient access to the beach so much so that we went several times each day. Only 4 blocks from downtown and two blocks from a great local market, so we walked down everyday as well, however the road is quite busy so we walked the beach. All in all we had a nice visit.
