Great Location

It was good
We enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and well kept. Had some minor issues with lights that wouldnt work ( we figured out they were either unplugged or the light bulbs needed to be tightened) also found the shower door in the master bath to be fragile. The location was great. Close to the beach and the pier and several good restaurants in walking distance. Liked to never figured out where we were supposed to park. That could have been explained a little better. I would definitely stay yhere again.

Cooper River Bridge Run
5 women stayed for the weekend. Property was very clean, good location and views were amazing. Just one mile over the bridge to town of Folly. Only suggestions I have is to nave an extra set of sheets and LED bulbs in lamps and ceiling fans.

Debby Storm Flooding and who the heck is vacasa?
I booked VRBO but got the run around by vacasa. We had to evacuate due to Debby and could only stay 1 night out of the three I paid for. Apparently, I get no money back. VRBO, if I had wanted to book through vacasa, I would have gone with them. Everyone I spoke to during the huge flooding/evacuation said vacasa was HORRIBLE to work with. I can no longer trust VRBO.

Great place and an ideal location
The condo was spacious and in an ideal location. My travel partner and I loved how large the place was. The 3 bedroom layout is suitable for two couples and a few kids. The balcony overlooks an inlet, where we enjoyed seeing egrets fishing and the tide come in and out. The location is perfect- It's just before the bridge leading to Folly Island. This puts it within a half-mile (easy waking distance) to the beach but far enough away to not be kept up by the late night partiers. Be aware that this unit is managed by Vacasa- another VRBO-like business. Parking passes are required and must be picked up at the Vacasa offices about one mile away. The need for parking passes was not clear on the VRBO check-in info, as it was emailed to me be Vacasa. Outside of some minor maintenance issues this is a great place and a wonderful place to stay. We'll be back the next time we head to Folly Island.

Folly Condo
The condo was the perfect size and location for our girls trip. The views of the water was so relaxing and the screened in porch made it easy to enjoy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very accommodating for our group and would stay here again.

Great condo near Folly Beach
This condo is nicely decorated, and had all of the conveniences needed for a week's stay. It has a great view of the Folly river, including an almost daily view of dolphins swimming and a beautiful sunset in the evening. It is located close to Folly beach and is also convenient to the city of Charleston.

Home was convenient to the beach, restaurants and fishing. Unit was clean and well stocked with towels and items you don’t think about like dish soap. Would definitely book again.

Perfect for a large group!
This unit fit our group of 6 adults perfectly. Having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms made things very simple and private when needed. Loved the screened porch and table for breakfast, seeing activity on the marsh/river and just relaxing. Parking was ample and no problem finding a spot. So easy to walk to the beach (10 minutes max). If you want to instead drive down, you can drop everybody off at the pier 101 area and then just drive back and have one person walk back. Kitchen has the essentials needed. Pool is very nice for just hanging out and enjoying. Will stay again!

Nice getaway
We come to Folly several times a year and stay at different locations. We have stayed at Turn of the River before but not this particular condo. Condo was clean and decorated cute. Location is very good. Would stay here again and of course will be back to Folly!

50 Trips Around the Sun
The property is easy to locate. Getting out of the parking lot in the opposite direction of the beach is challenging with the incoming traffic. It’s an easy walk to town, but about a $45 Uber into Charlestown proper. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened-in balcony & watching the tide come in & go out.

Almost perfect
Incredibly stocked with everything you could use or want even in month long stays. Great location. On 3rd floor, with no elevator, can wear on you. Bikes to use didn't work. Comfortable furniture. Everything worked great including wifi. So much helpful information provided. Beach stuff was great. So easy to get into room and had many follow ups on text.

Condo furniture was wore out sofa sunk down, dining chairs wobbly and unsafe to sit on. Flooring was wore out. Carpet in bedroom was stained. Bed covers were old and pilled. General appearance of nothing updated. Kitchen was poorly stocked to cook a meal. Liked the covered parking. Check in was horrible. 4 phone calls and an hour after check in time they finally gave us the correct code for the door to work. Mouse droppings all through the kitchen. wonderful cleaning ladies came and cleaned everything. Someone was supposed to come to treat for them and noone did. Left a day early. The beach at Folly is full of shells and not taken care of at all. The tvs in the bedroom were very small. Noticed items in pics were not at the unit.

Awesome Condo on the Water

Relaxing Vacation Oasis
This condo is in an excellent location. It is right before the Folly River Bridge - a 5-10 minute walk to several restaurants and bars as well as the beach. The views from the porch are great, I was even able to see dolphins swimming one morning. While mostly well equipped, the unit was missing some things. The bathrooms did not have shower mats and the bed in the master suite did not have a bottom sheet over the mattress cover. Despite the missing amenities, this is a nice place to stay.
