You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Ready for beach, sunset views, paddleboarding, birdwatching, shopping & seafood.

Condo is located on the top floor (end unit) with marsh views and is only 1 mile from the Folly Beach Pier, shopping and restaurants. There are bike lanes in both directions to Folly Beach from the condo. Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals including a seafood market and seafood restaurant.

Bedrooms have comfortable Queen Serta Sleepers. Living room has a sectional couch with ottoman, two TVs and a ceiling fan. The full kitchen has 4 stools and is well equipped with quality cookware.

The condo comes with everything you need to get your vacation started including linen, bath towels, household supplies, beach chairs, and a beverage cooler.

Please note this complex does not have an elevator. There are 45 steps or 4 flights to the entry door.

Parking lot is unassigned, there is a strictly enforced 2 cars maximum per condo. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles are allowed.

Nice getaway
Avery nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable and it was close to town. A bit of a trek up four flights of stairs, but it did offer additional privacy and wonderful sunsets. The only down side is that it is close to the road, but the main bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment, so that wasn't a problem for me.

Well equiped for the beach. Comfortable beds. Nice view from porch, but noisy traffic. No coffee filters. Refrigerator needed cleaning.

Great condo for weekend getaway. Condo was.clean and had large balcony overlooking river and creek. Grocery store and Folly Beach downtown slighty over a mile away. Quite a few steps upstairs to condo, but owner makes you fully aware. Would come back a stay again.

Great place in an awesome location
This place is exactly what we were looking for. The seamless check-in and everything included in the condo made for a very relaxing stay. We lived the marsh view and the convenience to getting to Folly Beach. Plus the beach chairs and umbrella were greatly appreciated for our beach time!

Winter Escape
We booked a trip to Folly Beach to escape the cloudy cold. We were very happy to find a very clean condo with 2 beds and baths minutes away from the beach. View of the marsh was a great backdrop for morning coffee.
