It is located at the 7th street beach walkover for quick and easy beach access, less than a football field walk. Only a six block walk into town for dining and great entertainment, shops, rentals and pier.
WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats, birds or other animals. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let us know the breed and weight of your dog upon booking. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or outside which includes balcony, patio, or porch as applicable.
**NOTE: This property is in a residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, which includes dogs if applicable.
This rental is not licensed for "EVENTS." House parties, bachelor(ette), weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. Gatherings should not exceed the maximum occupancy of this rental. Overnight guests strictly limited to maximum occupancy of this rental.
The maximum overnight capacity is strictly limited to 6 guests.
