For inland fun, it’s just a short stroll to the Folly Beach Pier as well as shops and restaurants on Center Street. Inside your third-floor condo, you’ll love the spacious, sun-soaked floor plan, upscale furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living area with South Carolina sunshine. Two sofas offer plenty of plush seating around the 46-inch TV. Chefs will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen, appointed with spacious countertops and a full suite of appliances. Prepare delicious beach-inspired dishes and share them around the table for six in the dining area. Step out onto your private balcony to admire sweeping views of the Atlantic ocean and the beach below. Sip drinks in the armchairs or kick back and chat while relaxing on the love seat. Beach access is via a private boardwalk located behind the building. Upon returning, spritz the sand off your feet at the shared outdoor shower.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
