Guests enter Sunshine Daydream by taking the elevator or stairs to the second floor and entering the front door of the villa. Once you enter the front door, you will find a central hallway that connects all four bedrooms with the kitchen, dining & living room areas. The galley-style kitchen, dining room and living room areas have ocean views through the sliding doors that lead to the villa's private, covered balcony. Relax with a good book, sip a cocktail or enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. Off-street parking within the gated community for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Sunshine Daydream is located within a residential condominium community. Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. The 10 person maximum occupancy is the maximum number of people that you may have in the unit at anytime -- day or night -- during your stay. There is ongoing construction on the building in fall, winter and into Spring 2025. Pool access, parking and elevators may be affected. There may be construction noise during operating hours.
Folly Beach will be conducting beach replenishment during summer 2024. As of mid July it is almost complete. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
