Beachfront Condo 500 Steps to the Ocean - Centrally Located! Pet Friendly!

One bedroom condo on Charleston's closest beach! 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and 500 steps to the ocean. The City of Folly Beach has many pet friendly restaurants, a dog park, and dogs are allowed on the beach from October through April. Your condo is one block to restaurants and shops. King size deluxe bed. Queen pullout sofa and love seat in living room. Expanded cable. 50" Flat screen TV in living room. Kitchenette with dishwasher. Access to washer/dryer on suite (shared with one neighbor). The building is elevated, and we are located on the second floor. There are two flights of stairs to the condo. All balconies facing the beach are shared. This condo is the one closest to the stairs, so you will be chatting up your neighbors as you watch the ocean.

*Pet friendly with owners permission and no fee, well behaved, house trained, and flea treated, contact owner for approval.

*We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your stay, so your trip is protected. we appreciate your understanding and hope to host you soon.

 *We cannot offer early check-in or late check-out. Our cleaning team’s schedule is set in advance, and we never know exactly how long long a clean will take.

A Great Weekend Getaway

Great stay at this property! It was clean and communication with the property manager was efficient. The condo is in a great location, right off the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Will definitely be back again next year!

Great trip to Folly Beach
We had a wonderful time here - the location couldn’t be better - fun days at the beach and lovely quiet evenings on the semi-private deck. It’s also very close and convenient to all of the amenities of Folly Beach and a quick trip into Charleston.

Great rental. Loved the decor, the amenities, clean, great water pressure, clear and professional communication. Beautifully located and literally you open the door and bam….beautiful ocean and beach view. Great sunrises and sunsets. Just a great location!!! I want to stay here forever. I do hope to stay again.

Great dog friendly Folly getaway
We had a great time staying in this little condo. It had everything we needed, it's in an amazing location, AND it's dog friendly. We were able to walk to the market and to various restaurants that would allow our pup on the property. Other than the slightly chilly weather, it was a great getaway!

Perfect for Weekend Getaway
The condo was the perfect option for me, my mom and my dog. Can not beat the location of the this condo - just down the stairs and you're at the beach! Bert's Grocery is just a block away - very convenient if you need anything! The provided beach chairs were a nice addition. Very well decorated and clean! Communication with the owner was timely and informative. Looking forward to booking this property in the near future!

Relaxing beach vacation
We adored Folly Beach. Short drive from Charleston, but we didn’t want to leave! We loved the beach vibe of our unit, and right on the beach within walking distance to the Folly Beach Pier. Can’t beat the view! Loved to sit outside our unit on the adirondack chairs drinking our coffee or glass of wine. The center street with all the bars and restaurants were just blocks away. We loved that you could just put your cover up on off the beach and head to town. We will definitely be back!!

I loved my stay in Folly Beach. Linda was easy to communicate with and the booking/check in was trouble-free. My stay at this condo was beyond my expectations. The unit was extremely clean and welcoming. The directions on how to get to the condo were clear and instructions on how to access the amenities were concise. The unit is located right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises every morning and breathtaking sunsets in the evenings. Fantastic restaurants and shopping are well within walking distance. Come see for yourself!

Great little condo
My dog and I loved staying at this condo. There were a couple of minor issues, but the host was very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect and the condo is cozy. It's important to note that there is no elevator, and there are a total of 33 stairs to climb to get to this unit (4 sets of 8 plus an extra step at ground level). It seems like a lot, but it's only really an issue if you have a lot of heavy bags to tote up the stairs. My aunt was able to climb all the stairs with her oxygen tank. Definitely thinking about making this an annual stay.

Perfect beach condo & dog friendly
I loved my short time at this folly beach condo. Lisa is so welcoming and quick with communication. My fiancé and two dogs came along and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We got to wake up just steps from beach we could watch the sunrise and set from the balcony. The condo is only a 5 minute walk (if that) to plenty of dinner spots. The space was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs, though we did not spend much time inside. The kitchen is fully stocked, little toiletries were provided, there were even some beach chairs and an umbrella! We can’t wait to come back again!

Folly Beach Christmas Stay!
Lisa was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any and all questions we had during our stay! The only thing I wish the home had provided was a little welcome basket and a description of the area. We came from out of town and didn’t quite know where to find a good restaurant or convenience store for some snacks and waters. We were also not provided laundry detergent or any trash bags to change before we left the home. Other than that the home was great and in a beautiful location. We would stay again if some little changes were made.

Nice Place with a Greta Location
My wife and I came down to Folly beach for a long weekend. This condo worked great for us. It is a nice one bedroom condo. It was in a great location within easy walking distance to the pier and restaurants downtown Folly Beach. The accommodations were nice. The kids size bed worked great. There was only a bar with a couple of high chairs, no dinning table. There were a few beach chairs outside the unit that we could use. No beach towels so make sure to bring your own. There is a washer and dryer that was shared with the unit next door. We did not use this. One down side is the balcony is shared with all of the other units. You have your own chairs but the stairs are right in front of this unit. This doesn’t give you a very good view and everyone coming up will look right into your unit. Everyone was friendly staying there. We love Folly Beach and will definitely make it back.

Clean and comfortable condo!
We really enjoyed our stay at this quaint little condo. The couches and bed are super comfy. Plenty of towels and blankets available. The location is great. We walked to Rita's, Bounty bar and our favorite little store Bert's grocery. There is even a liquor store right around the corner. The view is amazing for sure. easy walk to the beach and pier out the front door. A couple of things some people may find frustrating is not aware, but in our case were not bad at all. - No elevator (no big deal but if you have a bunch of luggage...well) - Shared laundry area - Front porch is shared with all units (not private) -Some upstairs noise (footsteps, etc) We stayed in the off season, but still had about half the units occupied. There was a decent amount of foot traffic, but all in all it was not anything that detracted from the experience. As for Folly the location and Folly Beach in general - THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE. Super cool vibe of old town, sleepy seaside village. Lots to do as far as live music, trivia, etc . Very chill and laid back. For the price this is one of the best deals on Folly!
