"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. "We enjoyed our stay here in Otley. There are views to the River Wharfe from the front windows, and it was an easy walk into town. Everything was neat and clean. There are also a lot of steps (which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues) and the double beds are small. "

"We wanted a place close to York, within walking distance of City Centre and reasonably priced. This property was all of that. Old world charm with modern conveniences. I would definitely use it again when we return to York!"

"I stayed at this property for Christmas.The house is stunning,beautiful furnishings in every single room and the carpets are so luxurious.Everything about this house is perfect everything we could have possibly needed was provided for us. Also some of the neighbours from a few of the other homes were so lovely and welcoming which i have never experienced when renting a short stay property which made the time spent there alot more realxed.We will definitely be renting this home again in the...

"Really lovely apartment just outside the city walls. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable and with everything you need for a great stay. Little extras including, sourdough bread, butter, preserves, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, cereals, chocolate , wine and a treat from Betty's all made it feel really special and that you are very welcome. "I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "
